“We were going through a high level of change with a merger and restructure, and we understood the importance of having strong leaders to manage the transition,” explains Paula Haubrich-Forsman, manager, people and culture. “There was never a better time to sharpen the skills of our leaders, so I started work on a leadership development plan. This wasn’t going to be just a one-and-done training; we wanted to develop people by improving their skills.”
