“Our entire plan was in place when COVID-19 disrupted everything. Our traditional delivery of 100 percent classroom training was no longer viable,” explains Chantel Bedard, program manager, leadership development. “We didn’t have experience with virtual learning, and we were a little behind from a technology perspective.
