The holidays were nearing at Blanchard HQ,
When along came an elf with a check-in to do.
“I’m Ken, Chief Cheer Elf-icer!” he said with delight,
And his adventures began on that wintery night.
He found a bookshelf full of treasures untold,
Leadership insights and wisdom worth more than gold.
“These books are too good to simply leave behind…
I’ll perch on this bookshelf and expand my elf mind!”
A Season of Giving
While Ken sat on his shelf, the office buzzed loud,
The Blanchard Institute’s mission made him feel proud.
“They’re raising support for young leaders? Hooray!
I’ll do what I can to help give joy away!”
He collected cash ‘round the office and made a donation,

But before he departed, he had this to say:

The elf waved goodbye, and shouted as he flew away,
